Happy first Friday of Fall! this week’s Friday 5 is all about the must have cozy comforts of Fall. These items will make you want to stay home- I promise! Whether you are snuggling up on the couch to catch up on your shows or looking for some well deserved rest and relaxation, these items are ready to be added to your cart this weekend. I have curated this list based on tried and true favorites of mine and I truly use them most months out of the year. I’ve got the perfect Barefoot Dreams blanket for a fraction of the price, a back pillow that will alleviate lower back pain and a few things to get into the comfy, cozy spirit of the Fall season.
Barefoot Dreams Blanket Dupe
Over the past year I have reached for my super soft blanket like this so many times. It’s the perfect weight and size (enough to share but I won’t judge you if you don’t). A Barefoot Dreams blanket will set you back at least $100. Sometimes you can find them on sale for around $60- the price of almost 3 of these blankets. This one is under $25 and would make the perfect throw blanket for any bedroom or den. I will definitely have this one on my gifting list for the holiday season that is quickly approaching. The Perfect Pillow
Maybe you were/ are like me and have a very hard time finding the right pillow. Personally, I struggled with getting to sleep, staying asleep and avoiding lower back pain in the mornings. As someone with Scoliosis, finding the right support for my neck and back became a necessity to function. I found this pillow at the start of last summer. This pillow supports all sorts of sleeping positions- from belly, back to side- you will surely find the right spot, get comfy and stay that way. This pillow is worth every penny. Linked here.
Pumpkin Woods Candle
If would be the Fall without a new Fall scented candle, am I right? For the past few years, Target has launched these adorable pumpkin scented candles in the pumpkin shaped glass jars. The scents are inviting, fill the entire room and when the candle finishes, you’ll be left with an adorable decorative jar. This year I got the pumpkin woods scent and it is the perfect mix of sweet and woodsy. linked here.
Cinnamon Apple Tea
There is something so special about this tea. With each sip it feels like a warm hug. I know that sounds Hallmark movie level cheesy but it is the best way to describe what these tea tastes like. I’ve been enjoying it most in the afternoons and evenings since it is caffeine free. Linked here.
Insulated Mugs
My name is Kailey and I have a mug problem. It’s true- my affinity for mugs of all shapes and sizes runs very deep- straight to my soul. Did I need these mugs? no, but do I have anything like them already? Also no. Hence why I pulled the trigger and purchased this set. For under $10, the set of two is the perfect ounce size for my Keurig and the double isolation keeps my tea or coffee warm for much longer than my other mugs. Well spent money if you ask me. Whether you are grabbing something for yourself or adding these items to a holiday gift ideas list, they are staples for me so I can honestly say- they are worth it. Think- cozy night in on the couch, curled up in this blanket, sipping tea out of your mug with a candle lit. After a long day, slip into bed with the perfect pillow for back pain that will help you finally get a good night of sleep. Both scenarios sound heavenly to me! To all of my fellow homebodies, enjoy!
